With this Silvander, Andie Weigand really shows off what this grape variety native to Franconia can do. This is a fresh wine that is held together with a minimal amount of skin contact. Herbacous and citrusy with a great acidity, this wine is a real crowd pleaser. As with all his wines, Andi has bottled this Silvaner unfined, unfiltered and with no additional sulfur added.
