Description
The Brut Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay: 40% of the blend is Pinot Noir that has spent time on the skins, 30% Pinot Noir direct press, and 30% Chardonnay. 50-55% of the blend are reserve wines and 80% of the wines are fermented and aged in small oak barrels, with 51% of the wines undergoing a malolactic fermentation. This Champagne has a beautiful depth of salmon color with aromas and flavors of small red berries. On the palate, the wine is long, powerful and complex with subtle hints of oak.
