Still white Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Lunae Bosoni, 100% Pigato. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine that recounts Liguria’s millennia-old history, from ancient Etruscan cultivation to the present day. The nose opens with a broad, floral bouquet, with aromas of fruit tree blossoms, enriched by pleasant hints of yellow-fleshed fruit. Straw yellow with green highlights. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and savory, with a balanced and persistent finish. Perfect with fish and seafood dishes, for a tasting experience that celebrates the Ligurian region.
