The Chablis Mont de Milieu Premier Cru is a wine with a pale yellow color. Its nose is complex, combining notes of ripe fruit and mineral nuances. Its mouth is round and presents mineral notes.

Serve with seafood, scallops, fish in sauce, white meat, and sweetbread.

Very long finish that the notes of flint and fresh butter fill out. Fermented and matured 80% in stainless steel tank and 20% in used oak barrique casks.

  The 2022 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru has a fresh, wet limestone/petrichor-scented nose that is well defined and vibrant. The palate is fresh and vital, with a keen thread of acidity, plenty of extract and a peppery finish that keeps this Mont de Milieu on its toes. This has great potential and is certainly one of the better cuvées—the standout Premier Cru—from their portfolio.
