Still red wine, Barolo DOCG, 14% ABV, produced by Giovanni Rosso in Piedmont, 2021 vintage. 100% Nebbiolo. Aged in 16 hl Slavonian oak barrels (18 to 36 months depending on the vintage). A Barolo that embodies the excellence of the Serralunga d’Alba terroir, with notes of violet, rose, balsamic notes, wild berry jam, tar, leather, and truffle. Superb flavor and perfect development; warm, full-bodied, smooth yet with elegant tension; intense fruit with mature, substantial tannins.
