Semi-aromatic still white wine produced by Abbazia di Novacella in Trentino-Alto Adige, 12% ABV, 100% Müller Thurgau, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the centuries-old tradition of Abbazia di Novacella, located in Italy’s northernmost winegrowing region. Fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel. Fragrances of apple, lemon, rennet apple, lemon verbena, and almond are evident. Pale straw yellow. The palate is characterized by a bold savory character and fruity-citrus aftertaste. A fresh and pleasant wine, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
