Classic method brut sparkling wine from the Alta Langa region of Piedmont, 12.5% ABV, produced by Fontanafredda. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. An Alta Langa Limited Edition celebrating Fontanafredda’s history and passion for sparkling wine. The aroma recalls honey, white peach, grapefruit, and basil, creating a complex and inviting bouquet. Straw yellow with green highlights. On the palate, the wine is savory with an enveloping bubble and a sweet, long finish, inviting a second sip.
