A youthful wine with aromas of esters, strawberries, red cherries, violets, roses, licorice and toast. The palate is gorgeous, with ripe, vibrant and velvety tannins, tight-knit acidity, a medium to full body and a crisp, super-savory finish. Drinkable now, but best in one to two years.
Wine Tasting Notes
Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva displays a deep ruby red hue. Aromas of cherries and cotton candy mingle with floral notes of violets and blood orange juice on the nose. Rusty undertones are complemented by subtle hints of agarwood. The palate offers a smooth, rich experience that evolves into a long-lasting, satisfying finish highlighted by spicy tobacco and dark chocolate notes.
