Description
Syrah is a hard varietal to find across Virginia, and that may be because it is a bit of a challenge in the vineyard.In 2020 and 2021 we had a very small crop, and we decided to blend both vintages together to produce our first non-vintage Syrah.This wine has a medium body and bright fruit finish with aromas of green peppercorn, boysenberry, cigar box, and graphite.It pairs with any lighter cuts of meat, such as duck or lamb, or with a fine cigar.
