Still red wine from the Terre Siciliane IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Eduardo Torres Acosta. Blend: 50% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Grenache, Carricante, Coda di Volpe, and Grecanico Dorato. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from Eduardo Torres Acosta’s passion for the Etna region, a red that expresses the essence of pure Nerello Mascalese. Spontaneous fermentation in vats, followed by 15-day maceration on the skins without temperature control. Aged in concrete vats and old 2.28 hl barriques. A wine that tells the story of a unique territory, with a label that reflects its soul.
