Winemaker Notes
The fruit for Priest Ranch 2018 Coach Gun was handpicked, sorted, and fermented naturally, then aged for 24 months in 60% new French oak barrels and 40% once-used oak barrels. The winemaking team refined the blend over the course of the first year of aging, and the final wine was determined just months before bottling.
Blend: 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Cabernet Franc, 20% Malbec, 24% Merlot
