A cloudy, unfiltered white wine made from 100% Müller-Thurgau. Lush and aromatic, a delicious wine to enjoy with seafood. From 30 year old vines planted to .3 hectares of calcareous clay soils. Harvested in mid-September with fermentation lasting for six weeks and time on lees for six months. The estate was started in 1846 and is now hosting the 6th generation
