Woody Creek ‘Summer Gin’ is comprised of 14 botanicals: 11 of which are directly macerated during distillation and 3 of which are infusions. Summer gin is produced by taking Woody Creek Vodka and redistilling it with 11 botanicals that are directly macerated for 18 hours. Botanicals include Juniper, forged in-house, and coriander, angelica, lavender, hibiscus, cranberries, cinnamon, fresh lime, fresh lemon, fresh orange and Yuzu peel.
