The 2015 Goulée by Cos d’Estournel is fruity, supple and quite tasty. The richness of the year comes though in the wine’s radiant, ripe dark fruit character. Hints of leather, smoke and spice add aromatic nuance to this gracious, mid-weight wine from the Cos d’Estournel team. Time in the glass really brings out the wine’s aromatics nicely. The blend is 77% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc.
