Still white wine from the Aosta Valley, 14% ABV, produced by Ottin. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from a young farmer’s passion for wine and his land, a passion inherited from his family, mountain winemakers for generations. The Ottin winery was founded in 2007, after his studies at the Institut Agricole Régional and the Agricultural Institute of Verzuolo. Sweet spices and hints of ground stone immediately emerge, followed by fragrant fruit and gunpowder. Deep and intriguing, embellished with subtle notes of white pepper. Crystalline, it illuminates the eye. The full, powerful, and dynamic palate favors the return of broom flowers and salt. Fern and moss complete the flavor spectrum.
