ABOUT BULLETIN PLACE
Bulletin Place inspired by the historic building site, located along the famous
Sydney harbor. Built in 1816, later becoming one of the best known wine houses.
VINTAGE CONDITONS
The 2024 season overall produced wines that showcase vibrancy, freshness, and
classic varietal flavours. The season received some rainfall in January which helped
to retain soil moisture and freshen the vines for the growing season.
WINEMAKING
The fruit was machine harvested at night, crushed and pressed. The juice was
immediately clarified and then fermented at cool and steady temperatures.
Blending, fining and filtration early helps to maintain freshness and the youthful
characteristics of this Sauvignon Blanc.
