Still red wine from Veneto, 13% ABV, produced by Bertani. Blend: 80% Corvina, 10% Sangiovese Grosso, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Syrah. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine that celebrates Bertani’s tradition, with a blend that expresses the excellence of the Verona area. Aged in traditional Veronese 750L chestnut and cherry barrels for 18 months and then 6 months in bottle. The nose is remarkably rich in aromas, with intense notes of jammy fruit and spices that blend into a complex bouquet. Ruby in color with garnet highlights. The palate is full-bodied, structured, and rich, with a long, persistent finish. A wine that pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses.
