Description
Late-harvest white passito from Trentino-Alto Adige, 11.5% ABV, produced by Cavit. Blend: Nosiola, Riesling, Sauvignon, and Gewürztraminer Aromatico. 0.50 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the expert blend of noble grapes, harvested late to enhance their sweetness and aromatic complexity. The heavily botrytized grapes are harvested and selected by hand in late autumn. After gentle pressing, the must, particularly rich in sugars, is fermented and then aged in a small stainless steel tank. On the nose, it releases intense and refined aromas of dried apricot, peach in syrup, honey, and cotton candy. A deep golden yellow color with light, luminous highlights. On the palate, it is enveloping, rich in aromas, and has a delightful sweetness, with a fresh and persistent finish.
