Our winemaker selects free run juice fractions to ensure the wine retains its delicate salmon color and softness on the palate. Cool temperature fermentation amplifies its floral and fruit flavors and aromas, and delivers a crisp and refreshing acidity. The wine is bottled at the Casella Family Winery in Yenda, New South Wales.AROMA [yellow tail] Rose displays fresh aromas of strawberry, rose petals and honey dew melon, along with light notes of musk and raspberry.FLAVOR [yellow tail] Rose offers flavors of white peach, red cherries and strawberries.
