On the palate, the wine is lithe and buoyant, driven by fresh, bright acidity that gives shape to its generous fruit. Flavors of white peach, nectarine, and honeydew mingle with hints of fresh pineapple and candied lime zest. A supple, creamy texture and light sur lie character brings a soft roundness, while a whisper of white lanolin, beeswax, and delicate honeycomb adds depth. The finish is dry and refined, marked by almond skin, white pepper, and subtle cardamom spice, with just a touch of brioche toastiness from the delicate oak influence. It closes with a savory, stony flintiness, leaving an impression of elegance, structure, and grace.
