Terroir AOG Zenata Domaine Ouled Thaleb in Benslimane. The vineyard is situated in sandy shales and sand gravel soil. Vinified and bottled at the domaine. All vineyards are ploughed and weeded by hand and no herbicide or fungicide treatments are used.Vinification Low Temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks.Tasting Notes Grapefruit, orange blossom, passion fruit, elderflower and spearmint on the nose.
