Description
Ephemere is a collaboration between Frederic Savart and a few friends at Champagne Dremont that focuses on underutilized prime vineyards of the Eceuil region. Each year they make a micro-cuvee, with under 4500 bottles produced.
This opens with white flowers, citrus zest, green apple, and subtle minerality, showing a vibrant, linear palate with a fine mousse, salinity, and a crystalline finish. The wine is characterized by its balance, refreshing acidity, and elegant restraint
