Still organic red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Maso Cantanghel, a small but significant winery in Trentino. 100% Pinot Noir, 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Pinot Noir grown on medium-high hills, approximately 460 meters above sea level, where the soil and sun exposure create an optimal microclimate. Clear and elegant notes of wild strawberries, redcurrants, and raspberries, with hints of camphor and mint, green pepper, and a subtle minerality on the horizon. The color is a deep ruby with nuances on the edges. Harmonious on the palate, refined in its development, and perfect in its aromatics and sinuous phenolic structure. Long finish with hints of underbrush and smoke.
