Vineyard: The origin of Sauvignon Blanc goes back to the Middle
Ages when it was introduced to the Cher region of France by the
Bénédictine monks of l”Abbaye de Beauvoir. It was renowned
by the beginning of the 16th century, and French King François I
spoke about how great Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley is.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is cultivated on the hills of the Loire Valley
from the east to west as well as in the Poitou and Vendée regions.
Alcohol: 12% ABV
Residual Sugar: Less than 2 g/L
Tasting Notes: Light lemon yellow. Soft, subtle aromas of lime
and cantaloupe with a whiff of minerality. Green gage plum, kiwi,
and citrus flavors with vibrant acidity and interesting minerality
Serving Temperature: 63°F
Suggested Dishes: Perfect accompaniment for oysters, seafood,
goat cheese, and pork-based charcuteries. such as rillettes
