Extra brut classic method Champagne, produced by Pierre Baillette in the Montagne de Reims Premier Cru. Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. A wine that embodies the Champagne tradition, with a production process that respects the region’s nature and cultural values. On the nose, aromas of red fruits are complemented by yeast notes that tell the story of this terroir. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, balanced, and very long, an explosion of flavors that captivates the palate.
