The Gratitude is a beautifully aromatic, fresh, and citrusy sparkling wine with floral notes to boot. Prepare yourself for hints of marmalade, tangerine, baked peaches, lime zest, pineapple & white flowers. This wine is special for a few reasons:
1. It’s a Pet-Nat (Ancestral Method Sparkling Wine) – raw, unfiltered and delicious
2. It’s also an orange wine (skin macerated white wine) – hello beautiful color!
3. Alie Shaper (an engineer turned minimal intervention winemaker + total badass) & Robin Epperson (career winemaker and equally total badass) makes this beautiful wine
