Still red from Burgundy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Robert Groffier. A Passet-outgrain that embodies the region’s winemaking tradition, combining the finesse of Pinot Noir with the vivacity of Gamay. Vintage 2022. Domaine Robert Groffier, founded in 1950, boasts 8 hectares of vineyards including the renowned 1er Cru Les Amoureuses, Les Sentiers, and the Grand Cru Bonnes Mares and Chambertin Clos de Bèze. It has an open bouquet with hints of red cherry and cranberry jam. On the palate, it is well-balanced with light tannins and a fresh finish with intense fruit flavors. A versatile wine, perfect for pairing with red meats, poultry, and cheeses.
