Description
Still red Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, 15% ABV, produced by Pra Graziano. Blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta, Rondinella, 2021 vintage. A Ripasso born from the passion of Graziano Prà, a winemaker who has chosen to honor the local tradition. Valpolicella wine is repassed on the pomace of Amarone. Maceration lasts 5 days. Aged for 12 months in Allier tonneaux. The aroma of black cherry is very evident, as is the spice. Ruby red in color with purple reflections. On the palate, it is savory and has a lovely freshness, then enriched with sensations of cherry, plum jam, and rhubarb.
