Based in Reims, the Palmer & Co champagne house started out as an association of seven well-established winegrowers all of whom were committed to creating the perfect champagne expression. Deciding to pool their resources, the set out and found a champagne house in 1947 and began crafting champagne using their unique style and lengthy maturation process.
