Organic, extra brut, classic method Champagne produced by De Sousa in the Champagne region, 2021 vintage. A Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs that expresses the purity of Chardonnay and the elegance of its terroir. A beautiful, elegant, very “champagne-like” nose, perfectly representative of the variety masterfully cultivated in the Côte des Blancs. It’s mineral, very fresh, floral (broom) but also rounded with tropical fruit.
