Still organic white wine from Alsace, 13.5% ABV, produced by Marcel Deiss. Blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer Aromatic. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from Jean-Michel Deiss’s philosophy of expressing the terroir through a blend of diverse grape varieties. The grapes come from diverse terroirs, primarily clay-limestone, on precocious hillsides. The nose is lively and fruity, with notes of lemon, white flowers, pineapple, and yellow peach. The palate is lively and remarkably fruity, combining the richness, salinity, and vitality of a mature wine with the freshness of a thirsty wine.
