A classic method that expresses the excellence of the Emilia-Romagna region, aged 44 months on the lees. The aromas combine the varietal’s repertoire—honey, yellow flowers, and a hint of saltiness—with those of a long aging on the lees—bread crust, a subtle sweetness, a slightly peaty note, and an elegant balsamic hint—for a vibrant wine of rare finesse. The palate is bathed in salt and freshness, immediately finding rhythm and energy.
