Wine Tasting Notes
A wonderful wine, it is pale straw in color with pronounced ripe pears on the nose. The palate will expect to taste something sweet, but will be pleasantly surprised with the lovely acidity of this wine. Tropical fruit initially on the palate with long and juicy finish. It is slightly tart with a hint of crisp green apple. A wonderfully fun and clean Amador Sauvignon Blanc.
