The classic blackberry, blackcurrant and oyster shell characters of the Cabernet are lifted by a (2%) splash of Merlot, adding weight in the mid-palate and a little extra overall roundness. This Zilzie Regional Collection Coonawarra Cabernet is an elevated wine that entices you with it’s rich, elegant structured palate. The fine mouth coating tannins are everything you would expect from a wine that is both drinkable and ageable.
