Description
The nose is cherry wood, mulling spice, toasted oak, sweet corn, butter cookies, candied fruits and baked figs. When it hits the palate, oak in the front changes to caramel and warm cider. Slightly bready with notes of cornbread, toasty walnuts, and orange blossom honey, the spice remains on your palate, leaving behind some floral notes with anise and a hint of apricot.
