From the Chatains and Roncières sections, all in wood of various sizes and different coopers. Mid lemon yellow. The bouquet is quite floral, lemon scented as well, with a fine crisp finish, typically dry Vaillons, as befits a wine suited to oysters. Pick early to retain this style.
