Description
Water is added to grape must and steeped for 2 days. Drained into steel barrels, unfermented Pinot Gris juice added to assist fermentation (Wild Yeast Ferment). Organic Beet Sugar added day of bottling to start second fermentation in bottle. Zero sulfur added.
