Description
This comes from parcels in Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay and the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. It is made entirely in barrel, with 25% new oak. There is an appealing nose with fresh fruit and a savoury, mealy edge. Notes of vanilla and oak spice in the mouth are complemented with a refreshing mineral lift. This is a rather serious Bourgogne Blanc.
