Description
The Silvaner grapes used for this Pet Nat from 2Naturkinder were harvested twice. Partially skin fermented and a small addition of Bacchus wine from 2018 originated a fresh and light sparkling delight. Notes of woodruff, yellow apple and sage, lovely acidity and a bit herbal. A great glou-glou wine.
