Description
100% Menu Pineau – 13.5% abv
The Menu Pineau vines are 60 years old. Situated in the Loir-et-Cher.
Half of the winemaking process is done in a barrel and the other half in a fiberglass tank.
On the nose you can smell lemons and tarragon herbs. There is a reductive smell once opened, but this fades.
The palate shows off a fuller bodied white with a rounded mouthfeel. With a citrus zest and white pepper finish. Packed with flowing acidity.
Recommend decanting the wine before serving it.
