Brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Alexis in the Champagne region, 12% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir, 2017 vintage. A vintage that celebrates the excellence of Pinot Noir, with a fine perlage and a complex bouquet. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant are complemented by toasted notes. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is complex, juicy, and concentrated, with a persistence that invites further tasting.
