Description
Classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Altemasi (Cavit) in Trentino Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, 2018 vintage. A TRENTODOC excellence, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which ages for at least 36 months on the lees. A mountain sparkling wine that makes the slow passage of time its stylistic hallmark. Complex aromas with notes of ripe cherry, blackberry, and red apple precede a full-bodied and enveloping palate, with great balance and persistence. Rosé color with light copper reflections. A Rosé Riserva ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect with fish and white meat dishes.
