Beautifully balanced, with structural support provided by a vein of long, silky, black tea-like tannin and a touch of mineral-like salinity which adds tension through to an elegant, energetic finish.

Palate
Juicy flavors of forest fruits and black cherry, complemented by spice and floral notes. The wine exhibits slate-like minerality, refreshing acidity, and well-balanced tannins.

Color
Deep ruby-red color with violet reflections, indicative of its youthful vibrancy and high-altitude origin in Ribeira Sacra. The wine’s clarity and brilliance in the glass suggest its purity and careful vinification.
Aging
Fermented using native yeasts and aged 12 months in oak barrels (225L), 35% new oak.
