Description
The exotic aspect with notes of leather and musk, hints of caramel and chocolate bring it all together. It is a wine that becomes increasingly earthy (humus, wet undergrowth) with age. Food and wine pairings are many, but a dish should never be too complicated once you decide to open a Richebourg. The simplest mix of flavours gives the best results. The basic rule is to avoid smothering this wine with heavier dishes.
