Still organic white wine, produced by Archetipo, a Puglia-based winery that practices synergistic agriculture, 13% ABV. 100% Fiano, 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Fiano made from sustainable agriculture, with hand-harvested grapes and a winemaking process that respects the varietal’s character. Elegant and refined floral aromas, with light herbaceous and fruity nuances. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Medium-bodied, rounded, and lively on the palate, with excellent, almost refreshing acidity, it’s a wine that perfectly expresses the Apulian terroir.
