The 2000 Syrah Saralee’s Vineyard (4% Viognier has been co-fermented with the Syrah) possesses a dense ruby/purple color in addition to an exotic perfume of apricots and blackberries. It is rich in fruit, with medium to full body, and lovely sweetness as well as flavor purity. It should drink well for 10-12 years.
