Description
The red fruits of Santa Maria Valley and darker flavors of the Santa Rita Hills helped produce a quintessential Santa Barbara Pinot Noir. Babs reveals dominating juicy red fruits on the nose, with subtle notes of umami and sandalwood. The palate reveals a fruitier side, with notes of bing cherry and pomegranate at the forefront. With bright acidity and minerality, the use of whole clusters in the fermentation adds additional complexity and subtle hints of new oak to create a long juicy finish. Babs is the more relaxed side of Santa Barbara Countyfun, friendly, and so very tasty!
