A classic method brut white sparkling wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige region, produced by Balter. Blend: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Trento DOC that celebrates the art of sparkling winemaking, with an extremely fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, intense, classic, and harmonious, it features notes of freshly baked bread and biscuits, which blend beautifully with mineral notes and more mellow notes of hazelnut and vanilla: an overall harmonious bouquet that also offers hints of citrus. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. On the palate, it is fresh, enveloping, balanced, and elegant: a wine with substance and good persistence thanks to its savory character; certain nuances of apple are intriguing on the finish.
