Description
The original grape for this delicate sparkling wine is Malvasia di Schierano; a grape with a small red berry, aromatic, produced in a few municipalities in the northern part of the province of Asti. For more than 60 years, the Bava family has been working with the area’s winegrowers to produce this grape. Without forgetting that it is a great DOC, this wine lends itself as an ingredient for fresh long-drinks and refined cocktails. The Malvasia Rosé Bava, produced since the late 1970s, has generated a veritable fashion for aromatic sweet rosé sparkling wines in Italy. This bottle is now an icon for its category on the shelves of the best wine shops.
