Description
The nose of this Cabernet is black fruit and mineral driven, with pencil lead mingling with plum, cocoa powder, blackberry and tobacco aromas. On the medium-weight palate, a lovely streak of acid balances some softer tannin. An excellent accompaniment to a grilled ribeye steak.
